• Have ongoing professional research and teaching experience in Islami economics, Islami Banking Training and Research activities on micro-finance, rural credit, bank efficiency estimation.

• Have professional experience in planning, designing, evaluation and impact assessment of farm management, farming systems research and development program and production economics projects acquired through comprehensive research for about 18 years in the relevant field.

• Expertise includes technology adoption, dissemination, demonstration farms, extension activities visit, farmers visit, data collection, data analysis, interpretation, report writing, and seminar presentation.

• Have teaching experience on Research Methodology course for BBA and MBA internship course and Islami economics course for Islami Bank's officers' foundation course, Quantitative Methods course to the M. Sc students and Economics to the undergraduate students of Imperial College , University of London , UK and Efficient Management of Farm to the Agricultural Extension Officers, CERDI, Gazipur , Bangladesh.

• Organize workshop, seminar, and symposium for own and partner institutions staff.

• Accomplishment includes several publications in different scientific journals, paper presentation in different seminars, proceedings and reports.

• Held research positions at Farming systems research and development program at Bangladesh Jute Research Institute. Currently working as Senior Scientific Officer (Senior Economist), Farm Management Division, Bangladesh Rice Research Institute, Bangladesh.

• Enthusiastic self-starter, well-organized, team player who works well under pressure. Self motivated with persistence, meticulous and dedicated in achieving set goals. Able to work well independently or as part of a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
